What are Reward Points and how do they work?

Reward Points are promotional credits that allow you to create P2P sell offers without using your own USDT balance.

They are awarded for participating in promotional campaigns and completing activities within Ellyx. Although 1 Reward Point is always equal to 1 USDT, Reward Points are not cryptocurrency and have different usage rules.

You can manage your Reward Points from the Rewards page.

How to earn Reward Points

Reward Points are awarded for participating in eligible promotions and activities organized by Ellyx.

Each promotion has its own participation requirements, reward conditions, and eligibility rules. Always review the terms of the promotion before participating.

Once awarded, Reward Points are credited to your Reward Balance.

Reward balance

Your Reward Points are stored separately from your cryptocurrency balance.

The Reward balance is available only on the Rewards page, where you can:

• View your current Reward Point balance
• Create a sell offer using Reward Points
• Review your Reward Point history

The history includes:

• Reward Point credits
• Reward Point deductions
• Completed Reward Point sales

How to use Reward Points

Reward Points can only be used to create Sell Offers on the Ellyx P2P marketplace.

You can create a sell offer in one of two ways:

• Click Create new sell offer on the Rewards page
• Create a regular sell offer from the Exchange page (see How to post a trading offer)

When creating a sell offer, select Reward account as the source of funds.

⚠️ Important:

• A Reward sell offer can contain only Reward Points. It is not possible to combine Reward Points and your own USDT in the same offer.
• Reward Points are always valued at 1 Reward Point = 1 USDT.

Apart from the source of funds, Reward-based sell offers work exactly like regular USDT sell offers. You can configure:

• Time limit
• The ammount
• The price and currency
• Payment methods
• Trading limits
• Any other available offer settings

Buyers will see your offer as a regular USDT offer and, after completing the trade, will receive USDT in their wallet.

As the seller, you receive the buyer's fiat payment, just like in any other P2P sell transaction. Once the trade is completed, the corresponding amount of Reward Points is deducted from your Reward Balance.

Reward Point limitations

Reward Points cannot be:

• Withdrawn from the platform
• Exchanged for fiat directly
• Transferred to another user
• Transferred between your balances
• Used to create Buy Offers
• Used to pay platform fees

Their only purpose is to create Sell Offers through the Ellyx P2P marketplace.

Promotional Reward Points

Some promotional Reward Points may expire or be revoked if the promotion requirements are not met.

Always review the conditions of each promotion to understand how Reward Points are awarded and whether any additional requirements apply.
