How to withdraw funds from a P2P platform

Withdrawing funds allows you to transfer cryptocurrency from your P2P platform wallet to an external wallet. The process is simple but requires careful attention to details such as the wallet address and network. This guide explains each step to complete a withdrawal safely.
⚠️ Important: For security reasons, if you recently changed your password, withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours. This restriction helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
Step 1. Start withdrawal
Go to your Wallet and click the Withdraw button.
Step 2. Enter withdrawal amount
Specify the amount you wish to withdraw and click Continue.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USDT.
- There is no maximum withdrawal limit.
- A 5 USDT fee will be applied to each withdrawal.
Step 3. Add your wallet address
Enter the destination wallet address:
- If you copied your wallet address earlier, it may appear automatically — click it to paste into the field.
- Otherwise, paste it manually.
Click Continue.
⚠️ Important: Withdrawals are only supported for wallets and networks listed in the supported networks article: Supported networks and tokens.
Please make sure your wallet is compatible before initiating a withdrawal.
Step 4. Review and Confirm
Double-check all details, including the wallet address and amount.
If everything is correct, click Confirm.
Step 5. Verify via email or 2FA
A verification code will be sent to your registered email.
Alternatively, if you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you can use the code generated by your authenticator app.
Enter the code from your email or 2FA app to authorize the withdrawal.
Step 6. Complete withdrawal
A confirmation screen will appear indicating that your withdrawal is being processed.
ℹ️ Note: Blockchain confirmations may take some time. Your funds will appear in the destination wallet once the transaction is fully confirmed.
