How to switch a trading offer to inactive mode or close it

Managing your P2P offers allows you to control when your offers are visible to other users. You can temporarily switch an offer to inactive mode if you plan to use it later, or close it permanently if you no longer need it. This guide explains both options.

Step 1. Go to My offers

Open the Exchange tab. In the My offers block, you will see a list of your active offers.

To view all offers, click See all in the upper right corner.

Step 2. Select an offer

Choose whether you want to manage a Sell or Buy offer. Click on the active offer you wish to edit.

You can also use the filters on this page to quickly display all active or inactive offers.

Step 3. Switch to inactive mode or close an offer permanently

• Use the blue slider to change the offer’s status from active to inactive.
• Click Save to confirm. The offer will remain saved and can be reactivated at any time.

If you don’t need this offer anymore, click Close offer and confirm the action.

⚠️ Important: Closing an offer is irreversible — once closed, the offer cannot be reopened. If you want to trade under the same conditions again, you must create a new offer from scratch.
