How to add a payment method

To participate in P2P trades, you must link at least one payment method to your account. Adding a payment method is quick and ensures smooth transactions with other users. This guide explains the steps to set up your preferred payment option.
Step 1. Go to Payment methods
Open the Profile tab and click on Payment Methods.
Step 2. Add a new method
Click the Add payment method + button to start adding a payment method.
Step 3. Select your payment option
Use the search field to quickly find your preferred payment method instead of browsing the full list manually.
Choose your payment method from the available options.
⚠️ Important: If you cannot find the required payment method, click Add my payment method.

Step 4. Request a new payment method (if needed)
If your payment method is not available, clicking Add my payment method will open a request form.
In this form, provide:
- The name of the payment method
- Its type (bank, wallet, etc.)
- The requisites used for fiat transfers between users of this service
⚠️ Important: Do not include your personal payment details in this request. This form is only used to request adding a new payment method to the platform.
After the payment method is added, you will be notified in the chat on our platform. You can then return to the Payment Methods page and add your personal details to start using it in P2P trades.
Step 5. Enter account details
Fill in all the required fields in the form. For example, you may need to provide details such as:
- Account holder’s name
- Account number/tag
- Bank information (depending on the selected payment method)
Step 6. Save the method
Click Add payment method. Once saved, confirm by selecting Done.
Your payment method is now successfully added and ready for use in trades.
