How to verify your profile (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard identity verification process required in financial services. It ensures your account is secure and compliant with regulations while enabling safe transactions on the platform. This guide explains each step of the KYC verification process.
Step 1. Start the verification
After creating your account, click Complete verification.
You can find this button in the system message on the Wallet, Exchange, or Profile pages.
At this stage, you will see an overview of the verification process, which includes:
- Providing personal information
- Uploading an identity document
- Completing a liveness check
You can also:
- Select your preferred language
- Choose whether to continue verification on the current device or switch to your mobile device (if using desktop)
If you choose to continue on your phone, a page with a QR code and a link will appear. Scan the QR code or copy the link and open it on your mobile device to proceed.
ℹ️ Note: If you start the verification process on a mobile device, you will not be asked to choose a device and will continue directly on your phone.
Step 2. Enter personal information
Fill in all required fields, including:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Country of birth
- Nationality
- Country of residence
- Residential address
Make sure all information is accurate and matches your identity documents.
Step 3. Upload your ID
Select:
- The country that issued your document
- The type of document (driver’s license, ID card, residence permit, or passport)
Follow the instructions to upload your document.
Step 4. Complete the liveness check
Complete the liveness check to confirm that you are the same person as in the submitted documents.
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish this step.
Step 5. Verification in progress
After completing all steps, your documents will be submitted for review.
Once the review is complete, you will see the result of your verification in your account.
Step 6. Troubleshooting
If you face any issues during KYC, contact Support for assistance.
Next steps
After verification, add a payment method to start trading on the P2P platform.
